Terms & Conditions for Purchases

By placing an order with Goldealers Ltd, you are making an offer to purchase goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. A legally binding contract will only be formed upon our acceptance of your order, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.

Prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to fluctuation based on live market rates. Once your order is placed, the price is locked and cannot be amended.

Payment must be made via the selected payment method within one working day of order confirmation. Payments not received in full within this timeframe will become expired, and may be cancelled. You may be prevented from placing orders with us in the future.

All orders require valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver‘s licence. Orders over £5,000 additionally require proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. For collection orders, identification matching the customer‘s name on the order must be provided at the time of pickup. Orders will not be released or dispatched without the required documentation.

Upon checkout, a hold will be placed on your card, and will only be charged once we have verified your identification. If we are unable to verify your identity, your order will be cancelled and the hold released.

We offer secure delivery and collection services for all orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Goldealers Ltd will not be liable for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers.

There is no automatic right to cancel orders for precious metals once placed, as prices are subject to market fluctuations beyond our control. Should you wish to cancel your order, a £20+VAT administration fee will apply, and any losses from adverse market movements will be recovered.

Returns or Refunds are not accepted unless the goods are not as described - i.e. we have made a mistake. Please advise us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt, failure to do so, and we will assume you are satisfied with your purchase.

Goldealers Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase of goods. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods purchased.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
