We're thrilled to announce that after years of buying and refining scrap gold and silver, we're finally ready to launch something we've always dreamt of – our very own online bullion store!
Since 2008, we've been buying scrap metals from the public and trade, usually melting them down and selling them to refiners. Occasionally, we'd get our hands on some fantastic bullion coins and bars, but without a proper platform to showcase them, we'd end up storing them away or selling them on for working capital. Now, all that's about to change.
Our new bullion page might look simple, but it's a big step for us. While we don't have a shopping basket or checkout feature yet, the prices you see are live and updated in real-time. We're still working out the mechanics of how best to present dynamic pricing on the website and within the shopping basket – but for now, we're keeping it straightforward.
Whenever we come across high-quality coins and bars, we'll add them to our stock and display them on our website. Prices are updated every minute, so you can always get the best possible deal. And if an item sells out, it disappears from the page – no confusion, just honest and clear trading.
We're not trying to compete with the big bullion dealers. Instead, we're offering something a bit different. By selling at just a few percent above scrap value, we're giving investors a fantastic opportunity to buy precious metals at nearly market spot prices. For those selling their gold to us, it means we can offer more competitive rates, knowing we can sell on for that little bit more. Everyone wins!
For now, we're keeping things simple:

- Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email to let us know if you are interested in making an investment.
- Payments are by bank transfer only. As a cash-free business, it works best for us at the moment, and is much safer for all of us.
- We're offering free insured special delivery for all bullion purchases, or you can collect from our workshop in Colchester, Essex. We love seeing our customers in person!
If this new venture proves popular – and we hope it will – we'll look into adding card payments through a trusted provider in the future.
