We don't buy everything
We sometimes decline items that are gold-plated, gold-filled, or don't contain enough precious metal to make posting worthwhile. We'll always be upfront about this.

Postal service takes 1–2 days
If you need instant cash today, a local dealer may be faster. Our postal service typically takes 1–2 working days for delivery, then same-day payment once your items are received, tested and accepted.

We don't haggle
How hard you push makes no difference to your price. We don't make a low first offer and haggle up — and we never pay less to someone just because they're less confident, or unsure what their items are worth. Everyone is offered the same fair, competitive price, worked out from the live metal rate and the tested weight and purity of their items. Our first offer is our genuine best offer, with no obligation to accept.

Once your items reach us and have been tested, we give you a formal offer for your approval — and we will put it in writing. Not a figure scribbled on a scrap of paper.
