1. Print your Form
Please check that the details are correct and print the form. Don’t have a printer? No problem, just provide a hand written note with your name, address & telephone number written clearly and we will match your parcel with the details we have on file.
Keep a copy of the form in your inbox for your reference.

2. Pack & Post
Visit your local post office and send your parcel to us by ‘Special Delivery’ or other insured courier.
Special Delivery is automatically insured up to the value of £500. You can pay a few extra pounds to insure up to the value of £2500. If your parcel is worth more than £2500, we would always recommend that you split your parcel into separate batches to ensure that they are fully insured.
3. Get Paid
We do rely heavily on recommendations from our customers. In fact, the majority of our business is based on recommendations between friends and family.
